This structural build is complex in its modules of operations and legalities while delivers an absolute ease of management when it comes to the market requirements. it is the very complexity of our networks that allow us to simplify for the sell & buy side markets while our in-house capacity spans across a multitude of regulatory, compliance & audit modules.

Our Journey

1976

Emmar was established by Mr. M.R. Narayanan & Mrs. Nirmala Narayanan as a family run concern to deliver integrated solutions to the industrial market segments during the growth era in India during the 70s. Emmar has grown in its own market space to providing the development solutions of high critical assets in Railways, Defence, Aerospace, Steel, Power & Energy Markets. Emmar's natural growth transition into specialised asset development and management is designed through the formation of the PROVIDENTIAL structure that incorporates both capital and technology based asset formations and management

2014

Emmar Family Offices was established. The EMFAM does not manage any retail funds and solely caters to the management of the family wealth which was generated through the business revenue models of Emmar. The family wealth was channelised to creating PROVIDENTIAL which hosts a multitude of structurally integrated verticals that provide both regulated asset management services to the sell sides while our underwriting capacities provide the requisite credit risk management to our buy side institutional partners. The EMFAM development of Providential was to creating the bridge of access between the sell & the buy sides along with our own in-house development & management ideologies also working on the platform of operations established in the umbrella structure.

2018

Invitation of Mr. Mesrop Nerkararian as a full time Managing Partner and major share holder of the EMFAM promoted ventures.

2021

Acquisition of Swiss Providential Trust AG to formulate a business trust to manage the interests of the trustees [Mr. Madabushi Narayanan Gosakan & Mr. Mesrop Nerkararian] into a single window of ownership through this discretionary trust structure. Swiss providential is a holding company and operates all its business interests through a downstream holding entity; AKTIENMARKT by Providential.

2022
